Blue Yonder worked hand in hand with owner and Turner Construction in order to upgrade the existing fire alarm system in the landmark building. Blue Yonder provided the needed expertise and oversight in order to get the job done and in a timely manner. Aspen Drive Library
Vernon Hills, IL
Blue Yonder Inc. personnel worked the Aspen Drive Library with previous employers, and they have been instrumental the completion of this new 20,000 sq. ft. facility. This new library is located in Vernon Hills, Illinois and was being built for the Cook Memorial Library District. Members of our team were project managers and site superintendents, and provided constant contact between the architect and the CMLD. Back to top

Village of Sugar Grove Public Works
Sugar Grove, IL
Prior to the formation of Blue Yonder Inc., leadership oversaw the construction of this office building for the Village of Sugar Grove. The Public Works Department is responsible for the efficient operation of public works systems and programs such as water, sewers, streets and public buildings. This new construction building houses the two divisions within the public works department: Street & Properties and Utilities. Our team has experience with working in the private sector as well as with local government agencies. We are able to provide clear and accurate financial reporting and seamless coordination between our vendors and subcontractors to get the job done right. Back to top
